I have been too depressed to file, many other items stolen since then.

This bike was previously stolen and recovered and returned to me thanks to this site and the city Police (thanks) Apparently that wasn't good enough for the thieves who went out of their way to steal it again. This time it was inside my garage (which was locked) and itself locked.
