Stolen off o back patio on upper South hill, Spokane WA. on Nov 22nd, 2016. Witness saw young male, black hair, black flat brim bb cap and black clothes with tennis shoes and black bandana covering his face riding a small girls bike near 36th and Perry where she followed suspect to a residence. There he met another guy.
