This bicycle was locked with a Kryptonite 710 Kryptoflex looped cable (7' x 10mm), and the lock used was an American Steel Ball Padlock high security HT16, with a tubular key. The bike rack where the bicycle was locked is located on the Jefferson Street side of the parking lot, behind the Central YMCA.
