This is a sky-blue Rodriguez touring bike--looks like a road bike but with 26" wheels. The bike has a Rohloff internally geared rear hub, a Tubus rack, and wheels, headset, and seatpost bolted on with Pitlock locking skewers. It has couplers on the top and down tubes. (The couplers can be unscrewed so the bike fits in a shippable box.)
