49 CM blue bike with lots of paint knicks on the downtube. Outfitted with front and rear fenders and a bike rack. Also on the bike was an orange Seattle Sports pannier. Outfitted with a trustfire light that runs off it's own battery that was attached to the stem and handlebar. Has two stickers, one that says Accent Cycles and the other was a California bike registration sticker #3982959. Wheel size 700.

Two bikes stolen from a carport below an apartment complex between the hours of 11:00pm-6:40am on the night of November 24th or early morning of November 25th. Bikes were locked to a pole with two cable locks, both were cut and left at the scene.
