Description of incident
Stepped into Lowes to make a purchase - and stepped out to find the bike gone. Suspect was identified by the Loss Prevention people as a local person experiencing homelessness, and verified with the security tape. Update 1/31: Suspect identified, and an officer knows where he usually sets up camp, in the woods behind the Lowes.
