Around 3:00 AM MT the theft occurred. Presumed male wearing a mask, black hoody, one red shoe, one black shoe, with tan backpack and a tan bag with tools in it came into apartment complex parking garage and removed the U-lock. The back tire was flat, so the thief had to run it out and hop over the fence near the train tracks.
