taken from the bike racks right across the street from the Starbucks on 1st and Central Ave. It was taken between 2:30 and 4:30 pm. The bike is bright blue, with pink fenders. It has white wall tires with blue on the inside of them. It is a cruser bike so you have to back-pedal to break and the handlebars are pretty rusty.
