At 7:55pm, suspected entered building's rarely used back entrance. At 7:58pm, bike owner parks bike next to back staff entrance and enters to clock in with the intention of moving bike immediately after clocking in. At 8:00pm, suspect exits customer entrance, passes bike, walks across parking lot. Suspect turns around, steals bike, rides away southbound down back alley.
