Distinguishing features
My bike was locked on the bike rack in front of my office (1271 Sixth Ave; in front of the 50th street entrance; south side entrance) at 7:15am 8/31. It was stolen sometime between then and 12:45pm. I noticed this when I went to grab lunch. There are several security guards on duty and several cameras. The bike is brand new, purchased Saturday. The bike was stolen by detaching the frame from the back wheel. I still have the front and back wheels (and the lock) however everything else was detached and taken. The bike is completely black without much on it. It did have a pouch under the seat however that is easily detachable since its attached by Velcro and clips. Also, it might not be helpful but the guy at the bike shop put on a locking (by Allen wrench) seat, I still have the adjustable seat lock in my pocket. FX Alpha White Aluminum
