BIKE WAS IN OUR LOCKED APARTMENT BUILDING'S BIKE ROOM. BIKE WAS LOCKED TO A SECOND BIKE WITH A U-LOCK AND BOTH BIKES WERE LOCKS TO AN IRON STAIR RAILING WITH A CABLE LOCK. BOTH BIKES WERE STOLEN.
