Purchased bike with fraudulent credit card and ID or they are claiming it is a fraudulent charge. Credit card purchase was charged back to the credit card holder. Either way, the guy said he was from Tennessee and buying the bike for his dad. Name and picture on credit card matched Tennessee ID.
