Between 2:00pm and 3:30pm on Tuesday November 1 bike lock was cut bike was stolen from Biomat USA plasma donation center. Front tire was left locked up so should have mixed marched wheels. Has a simi hard tool case under seat and computer mount up front with a head and a tail light.
