Arrived at restaurant between 9:30 and 9:45pm. Locked bike outside and entered restaurant. A co-worker arrived at the restaurant and asked if I had rode my bike there and told him yes. He said he didn't see the bike and I went outside to find the bike gone about 10:06pm. I notified the restaurant and they told me that there are cameras all around and they would check.
