Stolen out of carport shed 3/20/21 at 6:40pm. Male suspect wearing royal blue hoodie with red stripe around bicep. Bike has a padded passenger seat on the back rack. there is a bungee cord holding up the broken kickstand. Battery is on it but no keys or charger were taken.
