Was locked to the bike racks by the Graduate School of Public Health (aka Parran Hall) parking garage in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. Stolen between 9am-5pm. Brand new Surly Straggler bike (black). Fully equipped with new Brooks womens saddle (brown leather), Bern helmet (lime green), metal pedals (black), plastic fenders (black), bike rack (black), water bottle cage (black), and Cygolite set.
