stolen 2013 Trek 7.2 FX

Stolen from my 3rd floor porch, which is secured by an outdoor garage with 6-foot fences. Bike was locked to itself and cable looped around a wooden spoke. Thief must have studied the opportunity beforehand because it would take some thinking to know this was possible. It was between 6pm and 7pm--I had just left home for a few hours. A neighbor saw the thief climb back over the garage fence with the bike and attempted to apprehend but was unable to do so.
