Description of incident
Was about 15 to 20 feet from my bike and backpack sitting on a bench facing away. I turned my head occasionally to make sure it was still there. The 4th time I turned to check, bike and backpack were gone. Chased after a possible suspect on bike, but couldn't keep up. Suspect has used credit and debit card. Both fraud incidents have been reported and are being investigated.
