The Bike was stored on the 2nd floor of the parking garage and secured to the gravity bike stand. the cable was securing the bike to the stand and the U Lock went from the Frame to the front wheel. The Cable was cut and the bike was stolen. The thief did not take the stand just the bike and the accessories attached to it.
