We hosted a 4th of July party and someone of our thoughtless/inebriated guests "picked up" this bike from some gassy spot. It's a old Peugeot and we really want it to go to it's rightful owner so contact me with some details about the bike so I'll know it belongs to you.

Description of incident
We hosted a 4th of July party in NE Portland at Skidmore off MLK and someone of our guests "picked up" this bike from somewhere . . . unclear where the location was. We really want to get it back to it's rightful owner.
