Friday evening I parked and chain combination locked my bike to a bike rack at the entrance of the parking garage of the Harbor View hotel. I ate dinner for 1.5 hours at Finny's restaurant. When i returned to the garage my bike was gone and the chain lock was cut and left at the scene. Nobody was nearby to witness the theft.
