Bicycle was locked on my truck roof rack with the front tire locked inside the truck topper. Went to sleep on 2/12 with the bike on the roof, left my hotel at 6:15 and the bike was gone. The rack had been destroyed by a screwdriver to free the lock and the topper window lock was bent to allow the tire to be retreived.
