ALL THE BIKES I BUY OR SELL /GIVE AWAY ARE REMANUFACTURED by me personally And all parts are bought through reputable merchants or companys.I check the SN to make sure they are not stolen and all bikes are registered with bike index and and there affiliates and with law enforcement when ever possible .Due to a new trend by law enforcement to charge large fees for a simple bike registration its not always feasible to use there registers for a rebuild bicycle .But All have ligament registration for them .lets stop bicycle theft !!
