Black rubber handle bars. Bike was locked on bike rack outside of Couch Dorm on Monday 9/09/2024 between 9:30am-10:30am. Bike lock was cut in 1/2 with grinder, bike stolen. Bike is nationally registered, as well as with OUPD & NPD.
