Description of incident

January 30th approximately 6pm while I was at work at just ride L.a. my moped was stolen by a black man by him wheeling the moped out of the gated parking lot and in the south East direction from the bike shop. A gentleman who worked at Wonderland which is behind the bike shop on the same property witnessed the moped being stolen. The le! brake is loose, it is kickstart with on chrome pedal, one black pedal, missing two rear taillights, and the rear rack has a small sized storage case attached holding parts and tools. It is a white Tomos LX Targa. 1999 collectors 49cc moped. The bike also has a prominently chrome exhaust pipe on the right side above the pedal. There is a rockform phone mount aixed to the right side handlebar and two rear view mirrors on the front headlight location and they are both black and attached haphazardly There is a lot of homelessness in that area and I suspect this individual violated my property by stashing it under the guise of an encampment in the surrounding location
