Bike owner (Keegan) was heading out from school to lunch. He saw his bike being stolen ridden away from where he locked it at school. The thief took the bike and the "U" part of the U-lock. He chased the stolen bike, but the thief got away. The thief turned the corner, and by the time Keegan got to the corner, the thief and his bike were nowhere to be found.
