stolen Takara kabuto

LOOKING FOR GOOD HELP ON GETTING MY BIKE BACKEarlier today (around 7-8pm) in front of Target at Chula Vista - Broadway (Palomar), my bike got stolen by some prick. The bike is black with yellow tires (unless they are changing it) with NO decals or stickers. It had (might still have) a few accessories mounted on that bike (both handle bars and on the bike frame itself). The handle bars are black (unless the idiots take out the tape to reveal that it is yellow, which will look brand new since i put on black tape day one i got the bike from Amazon). It is a Takara Kabuto Single Speed Road Bike (57cm). The picture is below and what it looks like. Some screws/bolts appear a bit rusty (unless the moron will replace it with brand new parts or put in old parts). My best guess is that the moron took the bike to San Ysidro to across the border (thats what they can do to make money, right?). But other than that, i am offering a reward for my baby, for $50.
