Description of incident
Bike was locked to a bike rack in the locked lobby/entryway of The Katniss apartment complex. Police responded to security alarm at 12:30am on 1/19/21 and saw a man ride off on a bicycle (mine) after dropped another bicycle (not mine) he was carrying. Of note, the photo is slightly out of date; the stem and seatpost are now dark gray (Whisky Parts)
