Description of incident
bike was locked in a covered side yard, they stole the frame and front wheel but not the back wheel (which was locked) on 9/30 between 9am and 4pm. regular standard handlebars. PHOTO IS OF SIMILAR FRAME BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ONE OF MINE! thank you
