Bike was locked via KryptoLok heavy thread cable to U-Lock that was locking another bike to a bike rack out front of Chicago French Market. KryptoLok cable was cut with what appears to be heavy duty cable cutters. An attempt was made in two other locations to cut cable, with no success.
