Description of incident
On Sunday, September 18, 2016 at approximately 1AM, I locked my bike in front of the GGP Community Garden gate by the No Parking Sign, which is located to the right of the garden gate. On the same day around 9AM, I went to go unlock by bike and found my bike lock (ABUS) cut and left by the pole. I asked the gardener in the GGP Community Garden if he had seen anything and he stated he had not. Therefore, in between the hours of 1AM and 9AM, someone cut the lock off my bike.
