Bicycle was left in condo building shared garage in bike area. Last seen locked with two cables around a cement pillar at 10pm 10/10/2020. Noted missing 2am 10/11/2020, I believe I saw the thief at 2am riding the bike north on Xerxes Avenue while also towing a second bike (white road racing bike). When I turned around to check the rider again, he had veered onto sidestreets and I couldn't find him. White male, teen - 20s, thin, dark baseball cap, dark puffy vest over long sleeves, pants. Two cables were cut and we have them. This is the second time we've had bicycles (and some other personal items from vehicles) stolen from our garage in the past 2 months; prior incident was 8/30/2020.
