Distinguishing features

Brooks B17 Saddle, extremely short aftermarket stem. Electrical tape wrapping on the right side of the stem on the handlebars. SKS longboard fenders, front fender with noticeable saw marks near metal brackets where poles were cut. Front fender somewhat warped near the the back. Normal SKS plastic mounting hardware missing.
