Got this bike off CL from a guy that works in a shop in DC specializing in antiques of all types. When I asked where he obtained it, his only response was from a local thrift shop. I got the idea that he bought it and took what parts he wanted from the bike (mainly the brakes) and sold the rest of the bike. That is why it has no brakes.
