This is a CL bike I bought from a guy named Phil. He told me the previous owner got a new bike and gave this one to him. Since he is a shorter guy, it was too big for him and he decided to sell it. A LBS in Annapolis told him its approximate worth and he went from there. I have removed the terrible corroded bottle holders made some minor adjustments. The bike is pretty much good to go with a few cosmetic deficiencies.
