stolen 1945 Elgin "Twin"

theft from a rental storage unit at Alpine Storage, cut padlock. Bicycle is old and heavy, has been repainted, so the brand and model are probably not visible. The top tube and down tube are doubled (each is a pair of tubes), running all the way from the headset to the rear wheel. There is no seat tube. The saddle is all metal, with no leather or plastic. Has white balloon tires with rust stains. Has a chrome front rack, and chrome chain ring with spiral cutouts.
