stolen Segway Ninebot Ninebot KickScooter MAX e-Scooter

For my work at the US Census Bureau, I rode my scooter to the location of the incident. At ~2:45PM, I arrived at 5263 15TH AVE NE Seattle WA, 98105 where I (inadequately) locked my electric scooter to a bike rack with a cable lock outside the apartment complex at the provided address. Then, I left the incident location to complete my work for the next 5.25 hours. At ~8:00PM, I returned to the incident location to discover that my electric scooter had been stolen. At the scene of the alleged crime, there appeared to be no physical evidence that could be used to track or identify the suspect. I called my Census Field Supervisor (Robert) and the Seattle Police Department Emergency number (911) where I was transferred to the non- emergency line, and I was told to file a report through online reporting.
