Description of incident
Bike was parked outside of Battle Grounds coffee at 12:40pm. We locked it to the bike rack directly in front of the shop and spent 2 hours at Wedgehead. We left Wedgehead at 2:30pm and the bike was gone. Found a link from the chain on the ground clearly showing that the chain had been cut. No other evidence. I will inquire with Battle Grounds coffee on 9/16 regarding possible video surveillance.
