Distinguishing features

Blue with white handle bars, either a 1988 or 1989 year. Has a slight tear on the back of the seat, a new kickstand, new rear rim, new tires, 18 speed. Has 2 rear reflectors, one attached with a zip cord and has a switch to activate the flashing light. The front headlamp is black and removable.
