Description of incident

A car followed a resident into the parking garage and stole the bike. There were two men and a women. The bike was stolen September 16 around 10:50 pm - found it missing the next day. The suspects drove a red Jeep Grand Cherokee with a dent on the rear left tire well. Sported rear view mirror decoration. One (male) had long hair, beard, and a pot/beer belly. One (male) had a baseball hat and reflective jacket. One (female) had a long gray coat (hair is in an up-do). All of them seem to be in their 30s/40s and caucasian.
