Description of incident
White Cannondale with six13 on the top of the frame written in orange and Cannondale written on the downstem in orange as well. Bike was stolen outside of friends apartment on North Williams Ave with the lock having been cut. Man was described as white male about five foot seven with short stubble/beard. He took off East on the intersection of skidmore and williams.
