Description of incident
A 29in Genesis G29 Mountain bike the frame was black with yellow designs on the bike same colors on the seat was locked outside of the Time Hortons on 2200 Elmwood ave around 8pm 8/13/26 saturday ,on the patio gate and when i went to go check back on it about 45 minutes later the lock had been cut and bike stolen.
