Distinguishing features
54cm "The Finest", it is in near new condition with very few scratches. The frame I believe is fully chromed and then painted dark blue around the main tubes to expose the block letters around the chrome and chrome F/R drops and stays. Seat is black, new and gel. Brake handles are tan. Step in clamps are still attached - this is a very distinguishing feature. It also has blinking front and back lights attached.
