This is a Burley Solo Bike Trailer in relatively new condition. There is a red seat inside. A reflector in the back is broken. I also accidentally left a lowes receipt with my name on it stashed inside.

This was right next to my house and someone came by overnight and took this bike trailer as well as a 2nd bike trailer that was locked. The 2nd bike trailer is also yellow and blue and has a "HONK IF YOU HAVE POOR IMPULSE CONTROL" on the back. I also had a set of PUBLIC Red patent leather panniers inside the trailer.
