Distinguishing features
Please note, the only direct photo I have of my bike is from a year ago after my back wheel was stolen. My ENTIRE bike was stolen with the new wheel. My bike has black handlebar grips with two light mounts on the handlebars. Below the handlebars is a brown coffee cup bell with a broken ringer. One of the most distinctive qualities of the bike is the seat is stuck. I took it in to a bike shop a month ago and they could not get it to move.

Description of incident
Bike was stolen out of my building lobby, where it was locked, late at night or early in the morning. The lock was cut and left hanging from the rack. The doors to the building open by key fob or someone buzzing you in.
