Bike taken from forward bicycle rack of Eastbound VTa Bus number 26 at Union Avenue at Bascom Avenue by caucasian male about 6' to 6' 2" in height. Bike is acrually burgundy/maroon color and both bolts holdind the pedal shaft to the crank are epoxied. Also had reak tire rack and front/rear LED safety lights. VTA sending surveillance tape of incident I will post here.
