2018 Rover fat tire (4") ebike made by Rad Power Bikes (orange font). Note: serial # is near bottom front of head tube. Currently has Topeak rear rack and neoprene covered Suntour SP12-NCX suspension seatpost and now has fenders. Skid Plate under bottom bracket attached to water bottle bosses.
