Distinguishing features

Light blue; 15 speed, 3 in left handlebar and 5 in right handlebar; missing a rear wheel air cap; has a bottle holder & a rear rack with holding cords. I could not find a serial number. Bike is metal - I don’t know what kind. Women’ style. I bought a “Serfas” seat. There is a gold/lt. brown cable & padlock coiled around the seat stem.
