Description of incident
The bike was stolen by the owner Douglas Welsh the landlord. He has threaten to take the bike because it was parked where the pictures where taken in the front room. He smirks and laughs trying to get me to hit his stupid ass so he can get us kicked out of the house. He's been harassing us non stop. The police say they need proof. The HOA has been asked to help with the investigation. Los Prados Golf Community
