Description of incident
Left bike unlocked behind a local restaurant's parking lot. Was empty except for a few cars. I left it near the garbage cans and leaves. When I came back it was gone, I was gone for maybe 10 minutes. The restaurant said they have a 24/7 recording of the back so they could see the person if I needed to. A witness was also present across the street and saw a man with a beard speed off with a white bike, she did not see it clearly.
